Just observe: first, the seedling is planted in the ground with such a precaution and tenderness as an infant in a cradle, then it should not be deprived of constant attention and care, so as, not to be spoiled by disease and parasites. When it bears fruit and starts playing with the rays of the sun, you have to be gentle and caring, so that it ripens right, to your taste, and during the vinifying process, you have to maintain calmness and a good mood when being around it. 

And it continues like this until you pour it into the pitcher.
